Episode 5
A STORY WRITTEN BY BRIGHT DANIEL
“What’s the problem?” Cassandra
asked again in the silence. She wore a jean trouser and a black jacked which
she put her hands into the two sided pockets.
“Ask Hector!” Nelikita exclaimed standing very close to Kelly.
“Hector has lost his stone” Lawson answered, then Cassandra and Daniel became surprise.
“How?” Daniel asked. Everywhere became quiet again for Hector to explain how the stone got lost. His sister, Nelly was more enthusiastic to hear him out, so she stared at her brother right in the eyes with her hands folded.
“I just brought this girl home from a party..” Hector began. “And after we.. we.. understand. Before i could come out from the bathroom she was nowhere to be found with my stone” he scratched his head.
Nelly was disappointed and became very angry. “Just listen to yourself! How many times have i warned you to stop bringing girls home!?”
“Quiet okay?!” Hector shouted at her.
“Fuck you, Idiot!” Nelly shouted to make her voice higher than his. “I don’t know why your stinking dick cannot stay at a place. It’s always looking for an asshole. I’m gonna cut it off!”
“I said shut up!” Hector drew closer as if he wanted to give her a slap but Nelly didn’t move, rather she drew forward too. Everybody watched them silently.
“I’m gonna deal with you. Mind the way you talk to me!” Hector spoke out again.
“You are an asshole!” Nelly yelled back.
“Both of you shut up!” Cassandra commanded but they were still making noise. “I said shut up!” she shouted again before both remained quiet. “Now what? Any idea who the girl is?”
“I don’t know” Hector replied with a low voice then they began to look at each others’ face.
“Could it be that the book hunters are the ones coming back for the magic book through the stone?” Kelly broke the silence.
“How possible is it?” Daniel asked. As they kept making gestures, Cassandra’s eyes closed. They knew that anytime she behaved like that, she must be seeing something spiritually. So all stared at her for some seconds. Daniel could see her hands vibrating and her lips moving, therefore he became afraid and shook her body, “Cassandra, Cassandra!” he called before Cassandra opened her eyes breathing heavily. “What is it?” Daniel asked her.
“What did you see?” Lawson added.
“I think there is a problem which is going to befall this city” Cassandra replied. “I saw.. i saw.. blood of love ones being taken by deadly looking people” hearing that all became afraid.
“Who could they be?” Nelikita asked curiously.
“I think the book hunters are back” Kelly said.
“No, i don’t think they are book hunters” Cassandra replied.
“Then who are they?” Hector asked.
“I think they are love hunters” Cassandra concluded…

Back to the resident of Mrs Jonas, she was all alone in the house still watching television. Suddenly, she heard a noise from Cassandra’s room then stood up to check. She opened her door and found everywhere quiet again and organised. As she wanted to leave, the noise started again then she opened the door widely just to see a box where Cassandra’s magic book was vibrating inside. As it vibrated periodically, light shown from a narrow opening of the box, so she became scared and ran back into the sittingroom to pick her phone.

***Let me tell you little about the book. It is a powerful curse breaking demonic book which Cassandra inherited from her late mother who was a powerful witch. The book was used to destroy the love hunters before, and Cassandra is protecting it from them because they need it for more powers to destroy Kali ***city.

Fear took over the men and ladies in Daniel’s apartment after Cassandra mentioned the return of the love hunters.
“How is it possible? I thought the love hunters were destroyed!” Lawson spoke up.
“I don’t know” Cassandra held her head and began to move to and fro.
“Are you saying that people who are in love will start dying and disappearing like before?” Nelikita asked.
“No, Yes, i think.. hum.. yes” Cassandra stammered.
“Now I’m beginning to get scared” Kelly said.
“What can you say about the missing stone and the love hunters now? How do they relate?” Hector asked then everywhere became quiet again. All were scared thinking critically. Suddenly, Cassandra’s phone rang, Mrs Jonas her stepmother was calling..

Back to the swimming pool, Jackson and Amaya were still looking at each other romantically feeling their heartbeat and falling inlove.
“I think i have to call my cousin. Is getting late” Amaya said as a way to leave Jackson’s presence. Then Jackson gradually left her but was still staring at her.
On the other hand, Geto and Jesse were also having a good time and falling inlove too.
“You are a nice girl” Geto told her looking into her eyes. “Nobody would believe you are the daughter of our governor”
Jesse smiled staring into his eyes too. Just then a bodyguard came. “We have to go ma’am, is already late” he said…
