A STORY WRITTEN BY BRIGHT

Love cannot be denied or hiden, neither can it be neglected. It keeps one smiling and gives happy memory. But can you fight for your love when the battle arises?
Kali city was regarded as a loving city with lovely citizens. Most especially, it was one of the richest city in the country. One could see tall buildings and street-lights lined up in the middle of each road giving it a magnificent beauty. A taxi moved gently on the road, it had a blue colour with red and yellow stribes round it. The driver kept nodding his head to a mellifluous music blasting from the car CD. He wore a blue face-cap which matched with both his cloth and the car. At the back seat of the taxi was a beautiful girl named Amaya. She was the only one in the taxi also enjoying the music. She had a white body complexion and a Brazilian hair which she occasionally slid backward. The driver watched her through the front mirror as she was looking at every angel of the city and smiling at the same time. “Ma’am, it seems like you are a green horn here in Kali city” the driver broke the silence and turned down the volume of the music-yet was heard.
“Yeah, not really.. just that it has been long i visited” Amaya replied. “I can’t believe how beautiful the city is now even after the love hunters stricked”
“Were you around then?”
“No, but heard the news on TV” Amaya replied again but the driver kept quiet. “I guess they’ve finally gone?”
“Who?” the driver questioned looking steadily at the front mirror.
“The love hunters” Amaya answered.
“Yes, they’ve gone. It wasn’t a small battle”
“Just as i heard”
“Yes” they both became quiet while the driver turned up the volume of the music again. Few minutes later, they stopped at the resident of Mrs Jonas, Casandra’s step mother. The driver looked at Amaya again and said, “Are you related to the great Casandra the heroin of Kali city?”
“She’s my cousin” Amaya replied happily as she paid the driver. Before the driver could say any other thing, she ran towards the house with a small bag. The house had a staircase and ornamental crops in front of it before the main door. Amaya happily ran up the stairs and activated the alarm door continuously until Cassandra opened it.
“Amaya!” Cassandra exclaimed and hugged her which she reciprocated effusively…

The governor of Kali city had a daughter who had less knowledge about the love hunters just as Amaya. She walked out from their voluminous house wearing fairy short gown. Beside her were two escorts in black suit and black eyeglasses. They followed her immediately she came out. However, her driver had started a car, ready to take her out as instructed.
“I don’t want both of you to follow me” Jesse, the governor’s daughter instructed the two bodyguards. As she wanted to enter into the car, the guards looked at each other without smiling and followed her again.
“Can’t you understand what i said?!” Jesse yelled at them.
“We are instructed not to leave your sight” one of the guards said.
“Well, instruction changed; you have to stay out of my sight tonight”
“I don’t think that’s a good idea ma’am” one of the guards opened the back door for her. Jesse could see seriousness in their faces, and from the look of things she never thought they would grant her her request. Therefore, she hesitantly entered the car followed by the bodyguards who sat by her sides while she remained in d middle. The driver sped off.

Back to the resident of Mrs Jonas, Casandra was so happy to see her cousin, Amaya. They had the same height but different complexion-Amaya was fairer.
“How’s aunt Jonas? Where is she?” Amaya asked as she took a seat. Before she concluded, Mrs Jonas came out looking young in a yellow gown. Then she hugged Amaya happily. “Look at how big you are!”
“There you go again, aunt” Amaya said disengaging herself from her. “Aunt, you aren’t looking bad too”
“All thanks to God and your cousin” Mrs Jonas replied.
“Hello, little cousin” Casandra stood up. “I was about going out before you came”
“Where?” Amaya looked at her.
“To see some…”
“Can i follow you please” Amaya interrupted.
“You just came back, you need to have a rest”
“No, i need to see the city”
Casandra smiled, “Alright, come let me show you around” she said before they went out.
“Drive safely!” Mrs Jonas had said before entering her room.

As Casandra was on the starringwheel, she brought out her phone and placed it on her ear. “Hi, darling” she said smiling while Amaya stared at her lips smiling too.
“Where are you, dear?” Daniel sounded on the phone.
“On my way with my cousin sister, Amaya”
“Really? I’ll like to see her”
“Alright then, love you!” Casandra cut the call then glanced at Amaya. “That was my fiance”
“Really?” Amaya said.
“Yes, let me take you somewhere lovely” Casandra concluded with smiles on her face..
